Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tracore. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
Service description
Tracore is a document-extraction service. You define a schema, send documents through our API or dashboard, and receive structured, validated data — delivered via webhooks and available through the dashboard and API. The service may evolve over time as we add and improve features.
Account registration and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload or process content that is illegal, or that you have no right to process;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Tracore, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- abuse, overload, or disrupt the extraction system or attempt to circumvent its limits, rate limits, or security controls;
- use the service to infringe the rights of others or to violate applicable law.
Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) provider keys
Tracore is model-agnostic. By default, extractions run on our EU-based AI provider. You may instead connect your own provider key (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). When you do:
- you are responsible for your use of that provider and for complying with that provider’s own terms;
- Tracore is not a party to your contract with that provider;
- extractions you run with your own key are processed by that provider, which may be located outside the EU, as described on our Data Residency page.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. The Pro plan is €19 per month. You can view plans and limits on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Tracore and all related software, design, and trademarks remain our property. You retain all rights to the documents you upload and to the structured data extracted from them. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process your documents and operate the service for you.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extraction results will be free of inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or related to the service is limited as set out in these Terms, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on termination follows our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and disputes are subject to the courts of Berlin, Germany.
