Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use the Customer Portal from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
Do you offer a free trial?
No free trial — the Hobby plan (100 pages and 50 extractions per month) is always free. Upgrade when you need more.
What about VAT and taxes?
Prices are shown in euros (€) and do not include tax. Stripe Tax configuration is on our roadmap; until then, prices are before any applicable local tax.
Where is my data stored?
Documents live in Cloudflare R2 (EU jurisdiction) and AI extractions default to Mistral (France). If you bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key, those extractions route through US providers. Full details on our data residency page. See our data residency page
Can I change AI providers?
Yes. Add your provider key in Settings → Provider Keys and switch providers per environment. Each extraction run counts as one extraction toward your monthly limit, regardless of provider.
What happens if I hit the monthly page limit?
You will see an upgrade prompt and your existing data stays intact. Pages are counted once per document on its first successful extraction (re-running a document never re-charges its pages, though each run is one extraction), and your quota resets on your signup-anniversary date.
